Report: stray bullets came from Wallingford range

State police say that stray bullets hitting Durham homes likely are coming from the Blue Trail Range in Wallingford.

Since when does more than likely mean that they did? It is more than likely "more than likely" that the state police did not want to do the work that is necessary and instead point their uncertain finger at the innocent businessman. No wonder we don't have any more Republican Congress people in this state. More than likely they all moved South.
