It is so sad that tedla lemma a helpless handicap was was attakced one to many time till he died.Please police in the area consider that he was helpless and help him fined his killer. he did not deserve 15 years of suffering. May he rest in peace

Please don't bury or neglect this case it is so unsettling to hear a man that came with nothing to this country and got financial settlement for being a victim of armed robbery that left him partially paralyzed some 14 years ago was repeatedly targeted and now his dead???? No one knows how or why???
