I moved out of Los Angeles, where I was born, nine years ago. It has become a toilet and continues to spiral down. Just look at East LA, who in their right mind would want to live there.

In 2003, you went out of your way to prevent police from enforcing immigration laws of any kind. You even went so far as to sponsor a resolution to oppose federal legislation that would have required cities to help enforce our immigration laws.

The City Council passed it 13-0, and in a extra all out effort to insure Sanctuary City status for illegal alien gang members and others you, Dennis Zine travelled to Washington, D.C. to lobby against it.

This is to try and further their agenda to force us to recognize the Matircula Consular ID as valid indentification. Police unions Real official stance is that they need special order 40 because if illegals were reported they would not need as many officers, this from a memo dated 1982 clearly stated the "illegal population is a significant source of call generation for police response, if we were to report violators to federal authorities we would be cutting off a significant source of revenue that we can not afford."
