What is inappropriate? Is an opinion inappropriate? This battle was lost years ago. Homosexuality is biologically abnormal. It is abnormal for a man to engage in sex with a man. It is abnormal for a woman to engage in sex with a woman. Remember high school biology? That a man wants to marry a man is abnormal. That a woman wants to marry a woman is abnormal. I believe this is an opinion shared by a vast majority, but no one speaks for them. What scares me is that marriage may someday be banned. If marriage is not allowed for everyone, no one will be allowed to be married. If voters in the state of California vote this supreme court verdict down, it will go to the US Supreme Court. They will then make it the law of the land, that anyone may marry whomever they please. It is the logical course.

the fact that it is legal protects those who choose to live in a homosexual relationship, it does not make it right or wrong, it just brings protection to every citizen, and the governament is here to govern and protect all. that includes homosexuals, when the sun comes up it also shines upon them. if we are here to judge inmorality start with prostitution and abortions.

This decision goes against the majority of voters of the State of California. Too bad these judges cannot be recalled. If 60% of the vote in last proposition was against same sex marriage the percentage of voters to recall these judges would be even higher.
What is next Right two marry two partners? Right to marry your pet?
Marriage is between a Man and a Woman.

This is a sad day for democracy; the people voted that gay marriage was wrong. I think being gay is a disease of the mind. It’s a choice people make it and it’s I don’t believe the BS people are born this way. My son will grow up knowing this is wrong and people who are openly gay can go to their fruity sanctuaries in LB and West Hollywood. You come to my city open like that be prepared to get a boot up you A$$!!!I can’t believe people compared racism with being gay. They are totally separate!!

It's time for the people who do the work in California to speak up through their votes to tell the sociopathic elites that they'll still have to travel to Thailand to fulfill their wretched hopes and dreams.
In America, we're not going to sit by and watch these pathetic political maneuvers take place.

The State Supreme Court says "Screw Californian voters. We know better and we don't care about the election results. We will decide what is best for Californian voters."

State Supreme court judges are idiots.

Well it may be a blessing in disguise. If they get married in droves as expected, then they HOPEFULLY will not reproduce very much.

So in a few generations there will be no more far left anti American liberal demo-rats left to thwart the will of the people!
