Richard "Rick" Lee Davis is a child predator. He was a life long friend of mine till I heard about his criminal past. I know his ex and the children and everything was fine until he was arrested for molesting his own child!!! Then I see on the Caddo Sheriff web site that he has been arrested numerous times in the past for it. And I hope that they don't let his girlfriend get away with what she did, just because she testified against him. She says that he convinced her that it was okay, and she was young and intimidated by him. Melissa Ticer was born in Dec, 1983...that made her about 22, I think that is old enough to understand that drugging and raping a 5 year old is NOT okay.

He got the death penalty, he is on Death Row in Angola, even though they say his DP was overturned, he is still on Death Row. His Girlfriend has 18 years hard labor in Rayville,with no parole, pending further transfers to another facility (preferrably St. Gabriel so she can get a taste of her own medicine!!!!!!!!! They drugged and raped my niece over and over for months and months. The reason she never told anybody was because they threatened her that she would not have her family if she told anybody what was happening, and bought her whatever she wanted to keep her quiet. These two pedophiles better hope they never see the light of day up here again. They did not take her life, but they might as well have, because she is not the same little girl anymore. They took her spunk, her loveliness, her beautiful personality, and ripped her soul totally out. I hope they rot in jail for the rest of their miserable lives, and never get out.
