And if you knew anything about Kyle Akers at all you would know that the community is very lucky that was all that happened today. Not only is he a violent man but he was also a violent kid. I lived just down the street from him and I was always afraid to ride my bike past that house or to be the last one on the school bus with him. You could feel the danger surrounding him even at a very young age. But with the things that went on in that house he really didn't have much of a chance to begin with. Part of me feels extreamly sad for him. Hopefully his younger brother who was an absolute sweetheart has faired better in life.

First contact was a man who answered the door and said that kyle wasn't there. He was. The woman wasn't arrested, but was detained. She had plenty of time to do a load o flaundry and put on clean clothes if she had wanted to. They only came out when the police threatened to go in with the dog. A seconf man was removed in hand cuffs after they were taken away no name or reason, just saw him removed in hand cuffs. This doen't suprise me at all because this is the kind of place that when you walk outside your house you look over to see what trouble is going on before you leave.

This guy is/was extremely dangerous. He's a professional car thief, or a habitual car thief--either way you look at it. He has ran from the police many times, endangering all. I'm really glad he's off the streets. Not to mention, I can quit trying to find him. Gerald Weist, you're next.

If he was on parole, they didn't really need a search warrant. Remember you give up your 4th Ammendment rights as part of the deal. They probably got a search warrant just to be safe.

I wonder if once Kyle gave up, if the nice troopers shot him with bean bag rounds in his chest, and then kick him a few times like they did a buddy of mine in Clay Co a couple of years ago.

Not letting anything slip by.

You should thank those nice Troopers for not using real bullets on your buddy.

No where did they mention he had been driving around town on a STOLEN MOTORCYCLE.....mine. He was found once but let go because he was going too fast.. I wonder how those. by standers would have felt if they knew he was a dangerous ex-con with AIDS... Think before you allow your children to watch something like this. Let the polic do their job.

I knew Kyle very well. while he lived and contributed other crimes in San Francisco, CA. He actually left on bad terms not only because of his crimes but personally. But I guess now he has no choice but to face the law in california as well as the people on the streets that were looking for him. Funny how he never was known as a thief in California.....a drug dealer, pimp, and faggit yes. Dangerous and armed...NEVER...too much of a pussy. Some of those girls in San Francisco, CA can be mistaken for Tranny's...but it wouldnt surprise me if his girlfriend was indeed a tranny. Kyle, like many who while in prison and soon after they are released from prison tend to either get themselves a sugar daddy or Tranny's to take care of them, support and supply them. Yeah, I knew Kyle real good...he loved to be hit straight in the neck and it was a free for all. Don't let those tattoo's fool you!!!! Everything happens for a reason.
