Cat burglaries prompt warning in Torrance

Police in Torrance warned residents Thursday about two cat burglaries that occurred in the city.

If caught catburglars were euthanized like stray cats at the pound are, the incidence of burglaries would plummet and society would be rid of more parasites.

Or maybe they could just be adopted out to farmers in the central valley as indentured servants and learn a useful skill, other than breaking windows and fencing stolen property.

Maybe these guys have a scanner and know when TPD has 6 units stopping someone for running a stop sign, and then they take advantage?

exactly torrance is only where the money is ...and of course they are never around the staition ,,only to pull in and pull out other than that they just harrass people and young girls all day and hid in bushes to give tickets hey does anyone remember about 15 yrs ago torrance police got caught in a call girl ring right there by torr. park... the condos.were preety new than i always wondered why a cop car was always there
