He was back here in Beckley a couple of yrs ago to give a speach at Woodrow Wilson on Career Day, and his limo passed me in traffic....made my day.

I saw that commercial for that vampire series also, and it made me wish I had HBO, Dudette. I'm too financially challenged from the hospital and doctor bills now, though.

I have always been a fan of FRIGHT NIGHT. I sooo love that movie!(I thought Roddy McDowell was good and campy in it. Didn't you?) I've been a long-time fan of Chris Sarandon, too. I did not know that he was a Beckley native, however. WV has turned out some fabulous actors, has it not? It would have made my day to have passed his limo too, you luckylucky gal!

Did you watch PARANORMAL STATE last night? It was a good one. There were some real reactions when the psychic called the spirit "wife beater". There was also an unexplained thermal mark on the wall of a handprint that Ryan recreated to be a hand in a miner's glove.

hey... what do you think about the Boys newest toy?? you know the one with all the lights?
they sit it down somewhere & ask the "spirits" questions.... and get answers from them by having them get close to the piece of equipment & setting the lights to blinking...
its wild.... but i cant help but wonder.. is someone off to the side with a remote control or something LOL

Grant says that many people don't like the new toy and don't put much stock in it. He and Jason seem to really think it's the real thing, though. He was super excited at the results he got from the "9-year-old boy" in the old mill, wasn't he? I'm not sure I would put so much faith in it, myself either.

that one's season has ended for now... since the Paranormal State program has started back...

Well, PRS fans, I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed in last night's episode of PARANORMAL STATE. I thought it was a bit of a dud. Even with my main man Chip Coffey on there, I just couldn't get into it. Maybe it was because there wasn't any resolution to the problem for anyone involved. I've always thought that their half-hour time limit isn't long enough for any real in-depth investigative evidence presentation like we see the TAPS team do on Ghost Hunters and GHI. I'd like to see them get their show lengthened to an hour. I think they have the quality and the interest this second season.

Yes, thank you. We had a very good report; x-rays showed bone fusion and new growth. Another trip in ten days to get this last cast off and it will be a removable boot splint with the crutches from then on.

They had the MOTHMAN FESTIVAL in Pt.Pleasant this past weekend.
Wonder if Jason and Grant went?

(Remember last winter when I would listen to their live talk show on I-RADIO ?) They said they may try to get down to it this year. I ck on their web-site and I couldn't find anything where they said they would be there. There was a schedule where TAPS members were scheduled to be; but not Grant and Jay???
