This story is a HOAX! The people Who lived in that house are DRUG DEALERS. The police took so long to get to the crime seen. The so called victims had time to get their story straight. After I heard the shots, I looked outside and I didn't see anyone. I didn't see a silver sadan. Later I walked down the block and realized an African American resident was being detained. I noticed the police were searching his home. The police had him on the curb wearing two handcuffs. I over heard the suspect saying, "I really do live at this house. Can you please loosen the handcuffs." I seen an officer with a gun in his hand telling the suspect, "don't move!" I don't think the suspect was a threat at all. How can he MOVE with ten police officers surrounding him while he is on the curb in handcuffs? He is a very nice family man.

Contrary to popular belief, the highest level of danger involving any type of drug use is when the money exchange takes place. It's known as a strip, somebody gets both the money and the drugs, oldest game in the drug trade, usually it's the one who is heaviest armed, maybe that happened here?

My wife didn't believe in guns we when we were first married and put her foot down when I brought my guns into the house. I took her to a shooting range and she shot everything from an old flintlock to a 30.06 so now she has her own guns and brings her 38 Special when she goes camping with her friends and her horse.
If you educate someone about guns, they see that they are useful when needed and there is nothing to be afraid of if you know what you are doing and take care when handling them.
I don't know if she has the mindset to actually use one in defense, but I have a Mossberg Home Defender filled with 00 Buck next to the front door and I told her in case of a break in to just point and shoot, don't aim, and I'll paint the walls the next day.
She may be able to do that..lol!

What branch? Glad to hear the wife jumped on board. And hopefully your wife never has to use a gun in self defense.

Like I said before...you don't want a gun, place a sign in your front yard that states you have NO guns in your house and then talk all your neighbors into doing the same thing. The criminals will see the sign and feel so bad they'll immediately go turn their guns into the police and put a sign up too!

Excellent post Fred callie was right, to bad I missed this one. The way I see it all is far in love and war. And when they came in his house uninvited it meant war, and they lost.
