GUIDLINES... WHAT ABOUT PUNISHMENT FOR NON COMPLIANCE?

(§ 11361 [selling or
distributing marijuana to minors, or using a minor to transport, sell, or give away

marijuana, is a felony].))

I have yet to see law enforcement take this law seriously, and there is no recourse the officers omission of their duties with respect to the protection of children.

Bullshit, where are the amendments, as an example of, something to the effect of, " Those who are found guilty of committing such crimes under the provision of 420 shall receive punishments; temporary up to permanent loss of 215 privilege in addition to an enhanced fine as determined by mandated confinements of one year to 15 years in jail/prison.

In addition, lets put some actual mandates on all those in the system mandated by the state to report and investigate child abuse in general.

Child abuse is serious and no one should be allowed to look the other way just because they have a special agenda-

Six plants is better than Dennis Lewis's Two plant law from back in the 2000-02 era. That was plain draconian.

WTF? You need to make up your mind in your comments. Maybe smoke a bowl and clear your thoughts, that way you might think about what you post on here, sound good? Because the b.s. that you post on here is remedial. Cops don't inforce your version of the law because they have better things to be doing than worrying about somebody smoking a bowl.

its a revised sb420
so what this means is i have to be constantly growing all year round and slave to gardening because i am only aloud 8 ounces,, why don't they say howm much of a supply your aloud to have for a specific time period. i need 8lbs a year or 2 oz a week.
how about we legalize the plant and make it worth nothing and also legalize hemp so i can eat it and make clothes from it.

Ha! It looks like WAMM is the only legal cannabis cooperative in the State of California, at least according to the AG guidelines.

They could always use donations, since they don't buy or sell marijuana.

Check out www.wamm.org for more information.

Why is it ok for someone to smoke 10grams a day but we would call it prescription abuse if they took 30 vicadin a day?

Sorry matt, I don't mean to pick on you but, being pro 215, I believe we need limits that cut down on the illegal commerce that surrounds the issue. If you think the limits are too low, how about a different argument such as, "I should be able to grow all my meds at once for the whole year." That doesn't leave someone open to the above critique.

Of course we all know that "Medical" marijuana is a fraud.

The biggest surprise of this whole mess to me is the hundreds of doctors who participate in this fraud by writing "prescriptions" for any reason at all. Shame on them & shame on the medical society for not pulling their licenses.

There was never a regulation of anything until the federal reserve came along seeking slave labor. Who the hell does the attonery "general" think they are telling you how to live your life or what crops to plant? They can go back to england and lick the queen for all I care.

The only people that are arguing with this obviously smokes weed. This is rediculous, there is no perscription out there that doesnt do the same affect as getting high. Whatta joke it is to legalize one drug and not the rest... Pot is the gateway to other drugs. first its pot...then hash... then salvia...then molly..then ex... ect ect. Rather then give-in to this drug war, we need to keep fighting it..

Now to punish the greedy landlords who wont let legit patients grow their medicine in their rental homes.

Time for these fat cats of Arkley-ville to pay the price!! Either through fines or destruction of their property.

peace, luv, & jah to all!
