If you go to www.watchtower.org and do a search within that site, type in the word, "rutherford" and you too will see that the cult has removed a ton of information from their site. Either that or they just keep in private and hide it from the general public.

They fail to mention that he did away with Christmas and birthday celebrations.
And, yes, during the depression he built a mansion for people who were going to resurrect to live in the San Diego mansion. But they never did. The cult quietly sold the mansion after the demon possessed madman died. His immediate family refused to attend his funeral.
