Kleenex boxes? He wears $500 loafers.

Obama is making a big deal out of McCain not knowing how many houses he owns. If McCain uses houses and land for his investments and has a manager, he may not know from day to day what he owns any more than Obama knows how much stock he owns in a specific stock.
Then, we have Obama saying that McCain is out of touch because he thinks that $5 million is what is rich. This is SO out of context and Obama knows it. Rick Warren pressed McCain for a number and he jokingly said "$5 million?" Then, McCain said that would be used against him. Of course it is. That is because that's ALL they have.
McCain was being sarcastic...BO is sooooooo jealous that he has only one $2 mil house. McCain has a few houses, so what? He takes care of his family members..unlike BOs brother that lives in africa on one dollar a day!!!!

Can you imagine the uproar if Barack Obama owned ten houses? Imagine further if he didn't remember he owned ten houses?

Spontaneous combustion and exploding heads everywhere.

Obama and Michelle's money came from two successful books and their salaries as a lawyer and public servant - they worked for their money. The royalties from his first book went toward paying off their student loans...They didn't start out wealthy - and still don't meet McCain's definition of wealthy.

The relevance is - McCain fired the first shot by calling the Obama's "elitists," but while they certainly aren't poor, they don't come close to McCain's "eliteness." So, McCain is simply "reaping what he has sown."

Most people want to consider themselves middle class and aren't willing to admit their "rich." Whatever figure "rich" is, Obama's estimate was closer to reality than McCain's.

How in the world someone's wife ownership of property, therefore his property become an issue in this campaign, does not make sense. I believe Obama is trying everthing he can to get his non-winning position on energy and not drilling out of the news. He is desperate. I am not going to vote for anyone based upon their home/homes ownership.

This will only be an issue for those who weren't going to vote for McCain in the first place. This won't "stick" in terms of having any kind of effect on his candidacy.

The fact that Obama even mentioned it today reeks of desperation. He's feeling the heat.....the polls are tightening, he's losing in Ohio, Florida, and Colorado.....this election was gift-wrapped for a Democrat and it's going to turn out to be a squeaker.

Are you insane? McCain making it on his own? His greatest accomplishment is marrying into a multi-million dollar beer distributorship.

Why should McCain have to depend on ME for donations, when he has big oil lining his pockets?

As far as I know, McCain has never worked in the private sector, and his ignorance of that world is plain to see.

JOHN MCCAIN STORIES:
Americans of all political persuasions are coming to the sad realization that our war hero---a man of undoubted talents who was a role model for many of his generation--is a congenital liar. Tale by tale, McCain story lifted from a russian novelist, the case is being made he is compelled to mislead, and ensnare his subordinated and friends in a web of deceit. Take a good look at how drastically his carefully crafted images are lifted from Russia novelist. Senator McCain election year history book imageis that of a man out of a story book which each written line change at the drop of a pen.(ref: words of all news media)
Using poor judgment Senator McCain found himself in the middle of several real life situations he do not want to expose without the use of a pen to change the story line. Some things in history John McCain cannot change:
This campaign is no exception. During the primaries, Hillary Rodham Clinton had to back away from claims she “ducked sniper fire” in Bosnia in 1996. Mitt Romney found himself having to explain how he “saw my father march with Martin Luther King,” when it turned out his father never marched with the Rev. Mr. King...
"Their is not a speck of evidence that John McCain have won a war, Plan a war and much more:
For John McCain, the problem isn't coherence, it's bellicosity. McCain has been the strongest global voice behind Georgia since the shooting began. The problem is, when does the McCain tough rhetoric end and World War III begin? The McCain team will argue that the only way to deter Russia, Iran and other global aggressors from taking actions like this is to stand up to them forcefully, with credibility. The problem is the second half of that equation -- with U.S. troops in Iraq and even Georgia unsure how to get their 2,000 Iraqi troops back home in time to make a difference, how exactly would the U.S. help Georgia in this conflict, short of starting an all-out war with the second biggest nuclear power? At this moment, the U.S. has no credible way to threaten Russia. So unless McCain is willing to get the U.S. in the middle of every armed conflict on earth -- giving new definition to his promise of "more wars" -- a McCain Presidency would mean that we're at least going to enter a new age of foreign policy brinkmanship that will demand a military sufficient to fight these battles. That means either getting out of Iraq or reinstating a draft, because the military today is incapable of matching McCain's rhetoric...

Cindy McCain Mother Teresa Story Fabricated
Christian Science Monitor
The McCain campaign had also put out the story that Mother Teresa “convinced” Cindy to bring home two orphans from Bangladesh in 1991.
Mrs. McCain, it turns out, never met Mother Teresa on that trip.(Once contacted by the Monitor, the campaign revised the story on its website.)...

A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois senator, Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee. The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Senator Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.

Yeah let's have a debate about houses. Let's investigate how McCain's properties were bought legally and legit. Obama got a sweetheart deal $300,000 under market then Rezko sells him part of the lot next door in a sweetheart deal. Now Rezko is in prison.
Yeah let's debate houses and how they were purchased. Obama ought to be under investigation for possible legislative favors he gave to Rezko in return for the great deal on his house. Let's investigate that!
Obama buys his house from a convicted felon and then he has the stupidity to want to get drawn into a debate about houses. That just shows how really dumb he is.
I don't think McCain really wants to have that debate Joe.

This would have been a democratic "slam dunk" year. But the democrats got greedy, and instead of being content with Hillary... they decided to shove the "messiah" down our throats. He peaked way too soon, fighting Hillary until the convention would have been the best thing for him. But he had to jump into the general election and get some shots in against "the old guy". Pride comes before the fall. Timber.

When Obama can't win on issues, he goes for smear. Not much "change" there. Maby he should go back to Germany, they seem to like him over there {as long as he gave them free beer that is}.
