This comment from Mother Africa is dead on: Africa has always had the absolute best location for world trade and has always had the richest natural resources in the world. africans failed to exploit their own advantages and spent thousands of years in tribal warfare and making slaves of their conquered foes. african slavery was also the beginning of african domination of women. Women had to give what was demanded of them or die.
The Europeans arrived and developed infrastructure including cities, shipping ports, transportation routes, mining, modern farming, organized government, educational systems, modern medicine, written language, and religious teaching of love and kindness.The Europeans gave much more to africa than they received and are still helping africa today.
The Chinese have recently become very active in african exploitation since the africans themselves are still inept in advancing on their own.
The Chinese follow the Japanese who have exploited africa for decades.

I am not sure the point you are trying to make? African Americans make up 12% of the American population, while Whites make up over 90% of the European population.
The reason for the high rate of aids among Blacks in America is due to inferior medical assistance and racism. The White people in America would rather save the life one White person than the lives of fifty Blacks even if that White person is a homeless panhandler.
