I've done this for 6 hours before, and never let myself reach orgasm. The more you practice, the more you can control your body. I think a lot of it is a willpower game too. I've grown to like it, so now I typically don't bring myself to orgasm when I masturbate. Strange but true.

I never really considered that. But it wasn't rock hard the whole time. And it never hurt, so I don't worry too much about it.

I think the warning against long-lasting erections is if it's very hard and the guy gets blue balls from the blood becoming stagnant there. Then I think he has to go to the hospital after awhile and they need to drain some blood out to get it flowing again.
