I am sorry I don't have time to continue, but if you care to research the actual parameters Congress gave bushishito, you will see that invading Iraq was not one of them. Only the power neccessary to determine what course of action needed to be taken. No declaration of War. Yes by the agreement signed as the result of the excess of power used in Nam, bush is required to report to Congress every so often. Along with other requirements not met. As OUR Supreme Court has determimed numerous times, OUR Founders pourpously said "persons " in the Bill of Rights. They also declared "all men" in several declarations such as: The Virginia Declaration of Rights ------------------ ------------------ ------------------ ------------------ -------- After the Committee of Style finished with the final draft of the Constitution at the Constitutional Convention, George Mason stood up and noted that the new Constitution contained no declaration of the rights of the people, a glaring error in his view. Elbridge Gerry seconded Mason's motion to convene a committee to draft a declaration of rights. But no state voted to convene the committee, and in protest, Gerry and Mason refused to sign the Constitution. Mason, along with James Madison, had had a heavy hand in the writing of the Virginia Declaration of Rights. The Declaration was passed in a convention of delegates on June 12, 1776. This Declaration later became a model for the Bill of Rights Madison wrote as the first twelve proposed amendments to the new United States Constitution. ------------------ ------------------ ------------------ ------------------ -------- A DECLARATION OF RIGHTS made by the representatives of the good people of Virginia, assembled in full and free convention which rights do pertain to them and their posterity, as the basis and foundation of government.
