A 70-year-old grandmother has given birth to twins in India. The twins were delived by C-section on Friday.

What the He**? Would someone tell me the point please? I mean really, they probably won't even live to see kindergarten. How cruel is that for the children who will have to grow up without even knowing their parents or that they won't be able to physically be able to enjoy everyday activities with their children! Why would anyone do that to a child?

This father risked his life ownings (& his wife's life) to secure the 'male' for their now voided, depleted inheritance & the news report does not include the sex of the twins.
What's that all about?

A google search indicated that the twins were a boy and a girl. BTW, the article stated that they used in vitro fertilization.
